Hardware Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

High Volume Delays & carrier service problems 

Due to unforeseen high-volume delays or carrier service problems that are outside of our control, you may experience additional delays prior to your order being processed. When any of these situations arise, you will receive notification via email of such delays and how we are working to resolve them for you.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed during checkout. You will be required to select the best available option for your situation. The shipping options we provide are listed in the table below. Prices are subject to change based on your order and are referenced here only as an example. Final pricing will be provided to you during checkout.

Shipping options and pricing are based on a 5lb pound package from Belton, MO to Denver, CO. and should only be referred to as estimates and not actual options and pricing on each order. Each order shipping pricing is displayed during checkout.

Local Delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders within a 30-mile radius of Belton, MO. There is no order minimum to be eligible for local delivery. Local delivery orders will continue to require the standard processing time of 3-4 business days as indicated above. Deliveries are made from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm daily, with the exception of Sunday and any major federal holiday.

In-store pickup 

We do not currently offer in-store pickup as a shipping option for orders placed on our website since we do not have any physical location. International Shipping

We do not currently ship products outside of the United States of America. 

Checking the status of an order 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@et-kc.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Due to our shipping carriers’ policies, we cannot accept a PO box as a valid shipping address. Any package that is addressed to a P.O. Box may be delayed, will not be covered by and UPS Service Guarantee, and will require an address correction charge. UPS will only accept shipments from a valid street address. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 60 days after the order was confirmed, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount within 24 hours after receiving your return into our warehouse.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@et-kc.com with your order number and a photo of the items condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
